The BBC Proms run from 18 July to 13 September 2026 — the world's largest classical music festival, founded in 1895, with an eight-week programme of concerts at the Royal Albert Hall and venues across London, culminating in the famous Last Night of the Proms.
What makes it singular
The Proms pair world-class orchestras, soloists and new commissions with a deliberately democratic spirit: standing 'promming' tickets are available cheaply on the day, keeping the festival accessible across its entire run.
